SCHOTT NEXTREMA® tinted is known for its high strength and exceptional thermal shock resistance.
Thanks to its dark tint, it has the highest bending strength among all variants, withstanding up to 165 MPa.

Other key features include excellent infrared radiation transmission and near-zero thermal expansion.
This makes it ideal for indoor and outdoor heaters, both in residential and industrial applications.

Exceptional bending strength up to 165 MPa (for 4 mm thick glass-ceramic).
Reduction of visible light combined with high infrared transmission.
Good infrared (IR) radiation transmission.
High thermal shock resistance up to 800°C and an almost zero linear thermal expansion coefficient.
