Self-cleaning fireplace glass ROBAX® IR Max and Neoclear HRC
ROBAX® IR Max and Neoclear HRC have been developed by applying a special coating to one side of standard fireplace glass. They are designed to reflect heat back into the combustion chamber, thereby increasing combustion efficiency. This effect helps reduce soot buildup on the fireplace panel, making it easier to clean.
Both ROBAX® IR Max and Neoclear HRC are suitable for any fireplace. Thanks to the coating, less heat escapes into the room where the stove is located, which is especially beneficial for fireplaces with larger glass panels.
Cleaning and Maintenance
As surface changes can result from cleaning methods, only cleaning agents specifically designed for fireplace glass should be used. The cleaning and care instructions for fireplace glass should be followed. Abrasive or corrosive cleaners must not be used under any circumstances.
We recommend using the DRY WIPER dry-cleaning sponge from SCHOTT.
